PAULA TAYLOR - PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Paula is degree qualified and has experience recruiting primarily within the Sydney market, however, has also recruited interstate
in both Brisbane and Melbourne. Prior to commencing her successful recruitment career eight years ago, Paula spent the larger part
of her working history in senior credit/lending positions for an overseas retail bank and a large building society together with a
well known telecommunications group.
Paula’s degree saw her majoring in the human sciences. Her passion for coaching and developing people combined with her well
developed interpersonal and business skills, enables Paula to assess a candidate’s skill and suitability and match this with a
Client’s job specification and company culture to ensure a high level of success for both parties. Paula’s understanding of human
drivers and motivators together with a keen sense of commercial and strategic analysis enables her to ‘value add’ in her capacity
as a recruiter and consultant.
